Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect any equipment at the time of delivery. If any equipment arrives damaged, please notify us within no more than 24 hours and endorse your delivery note accordingly.

Warranty periods vary by product. Some products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, while others are covered by the seller. This will be made clear at the time of purchase.

SMS is only able to accept returns for equipment that has not been removed from its packaging.
