The TS-550 is an automatic tray sealing machine with sensor-controlled vacuum and gas flush for repeatable tray sealing in chilled display and transport. The AISI 304 stainless steel body, anodised aluminium die set and digital control panel suit sites where cleaning and setup matter.

Temperature and sealing time can be adjusted for PP, PET and aluminium trays. The 99 memory positions keep pack formats close to hand, while the VAC-STOP function lets operators end the vacuum stage and continue the cycle.

Check the tray format and mould before ordering; the wrong match can waste film, slow changeovers, or leave trays sitting poorly.
