This lid seal is made to fit the Talsa H26 sausage filler, sealing the lid against the fixed barrel while the piston forces meat through the horn. Butchers, delis, and food producers running the machine through busy production days typically replace it once the seal starts to fail, before product pushes out around the lid.

Product details

The seal sits under the lid, compressing against the barrel rim of the H26 to hold the fill secure as the piston pushes meat through the horn.

As the rubber ages, it stiffens and loses its grip on the rim, meaning a loose lid and a stop mid-shift to reseat it or clean up spillage. Fitting a new seal before that point avoids the downtime and keeps the sausage filler running through a full shift.

Many operators check the piston seal at the same time, since both parts wear on a similar cycle and a full strip-down is quicker done once. The part is held in stock for next-day dispatch, so a failed seal need not stop a production run for long.

Product Features:

  • Round seal that fits under the H26 lid, compressing against the barrel rim
  • Made in Spain to original Talsa dimensions
  • Direct replacement, no fitting modifications needed

Specifications:

  • Compatible with:  Talsa H26/ Excel H26 sausage filler
